Cancellation Policy
Appointment confirmation is sent 72 hours prior to scheduled service. Appointments need to be confirmed or will be canceled. Email and Text reminders are sent out 24 hours prior to the day of your appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel, a 24 hour notice is required in order to avoid cancellation fees.
No call/no show = 100% price of service
Less than 24 hours = 50% price of service
*MINORS RECEIVING SERVICES MUST HAVE A PARENT PRESENT DURING SERVICE AND A SIGNED CONSENT
